Introduction: The plant facility was completed and began the production of steel casting. April, 1978 Began producing nodular graphite cast iron, and the maximum productivity had reached to 200 tons per month. October, 1986 Bought one full automatic molding machine (FBS-1) and one set of mixer with self-molding sand cooling and reclamation casting system. The monthly productivity is up to 400 Ton. Jan., 1988 The firm tuned out 600 Ton per month with additional purchase of one FBM-2T auto-molding machine & Furan self-hardening. April, 1992 Invested in factory building and improved the trimming operations process. The monthly productivity reached to 700 Tons. Jan., 1995 Auto-molding machine FBS-1 renovated as FBM-1’s main engine and extending molding lines. June, 1996 Began to push the ISO 9002 Quality Guarantee System. Cooperated with Metal Industries Research & Development Center create the burr trimming equipment. Dec., 1997 The Quality Guarantee System of ISO 9002 had inspected and approved that our products fully qualified for the ISO 9002 evaluation. May, 1998 Guaranteed by the DNV of manufactory quality system. April, 1999 Started to push the TPM system. Jan., 2000 We Invested VIP 2 Ton Middle Frequency. April, 2001 Invested FBM-2 automatic molding instead of FBM-1. July, 2002 Officially registered with BSI for QS9000 certification. July, 2003 Approved for ISO9001-2000 converting evaluation by BSI. May, 2005 ISO 14001 & ISO/TS16949 Certified. June, 2005 The machinery shop was set up. Sep., 2005 China Branch-Yow Bell Casting (Tangshan) Co., Ltd. began building the factory. June, 2006 China Branch-Yow Bell Casting (Tangshan) Co., Ltd. finish.
